The new CGHS Baghpat Wellness Central (Allopathic) shall cover all eligible Central Government Employees residing within 05 km radius of the Wellness Centre and eligible pensioners and ex-MPs etc. living in and around Baghpat, Aligarh Moradabad & Saharanpur as per CGHS guidelines.
The CGHS Beneficiaries shall be able to avail the CGHS facilities through the Wellness Centre from 07.30 AM to 02.00 OM on all days, except Sundays and Gazetted Holidays.

In compliance with Directorate Letter No. Z.15025/98/2018/DIR/CGHS dated 06-02-2020, CGHS Wellness Centre Baghpat has been shifted from the premises of CCSNIAH, Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, Baghpat to its new approved site, the address is given below: –

- In view of the importance of Diagnosis of Chronic Non-communicable Health Problems at the preventive level, the facility of Preventive Health Check-up (PHC) is available for
Beneficiaries who are 40 years old or above
Individuals who are already not suffering from any chronic ailments such as Heart disease, Hypertension, Diabetes, etc.
- How many times can I avail Preventive Health Check-up (PHC) in a year?
- This check-up is done once in a year only.
- How many Preventive Health Check-up (PHC) centers are there?
- There are a total of 8 Preventive Health Check-up (PHC)
- Where are the facilities of Preventive Health Check-up (PHC) available?
- Preventive Health Check-up (PHC) is available in 8 Wellness Centres as follows

- Can a journalist with CGHS card seek treatment in Private Empanelled Hospitals in emergency and get a credit facility?
- Journalists are entitled to OPD treatment from Wellness Centres and OPD treatment and Nursing Home facility at Dr. RML Hospital. However, they are eligible to avail CGHS rates at empanelled HCOs on a payment basis. There is no provision for reimbursement under CGHS.
