CGHS Rates 2025–26 (What Changed)?
From 13 October 2025, the Central Government Health Scheme (CGHS) revised its package rates covering approximately 2,000 medical procedures, investigations and healthcare services. The new rates follow a city-tier structure (Tier I, II, and III), differentiate between NABH and non-NABH hospitals, and allow a 15% higher rate for eligible super-speciality hospitals.
