Sub: Opening of CGHS Wellness Centre (Allopathic) at Baghpat, Aligarh, Moradabad & Saharanpur.
This is for information of all eligible Central Govt. Employees / Central Government Pensioners, ex-MPs and other eligible stakeholders that a Central Government Health Scheme (CGHS) Wellness Centre has started functioning at Baghpat —250609 w.e.f. 07th March, 2019 and merged Postal Dispensaries at Aligarh-202001, Moradabad-244001 & Saharanpur-247001 w.e.f. 01st April, 2019 to provide comprehensive medical facility.
The CGHS Wellness Centres at Baghpat, Aligarh, Moradabad & Saharanpur shall cover all eligible Central Government Employees residing within 05 kms radius of the Wellness Centre and eligible pensioners and ex-MPs etc. living in and around Baghpat, Aligarh, Moradabad & Saharanpur as per CGHS guidelines.
The CGHS Beneficiaries shall be able to avail the CGHS facilities through the Wellness Centre from 07:30 AM to 02:00 OM on all days, except Sundays and Gazetted holidays. The CGHS Wellness Centre, Baghpat, Aligarh, Moradabad & Saharanpur shall be under the administrative control of Additional Director, CGHS, Swasthya Bhawan, S.K. Road, Meerut — 250002 (Tel. No. 0121-2601426).
