Subject: Opening of CGHS Wellness Centers (Allopathic) at Baghpat, Aligarh, Moradabad, and Saharanpur.
This is for information of all eligible Central Govt. Employees/Central Government Pensioners ex-MPs and other eligible stakeholders that a Central Government Health Scheme (CGHS) Wellness Centre has started functioning at Baghpat-250609 w.e.f. 07th March 2019 and merged Postal Dispensaries at Aligarh-202001, Moradabad-244001 & Saharanpur-247001 w.e.f. 01st April 2019 to provide a comprehensive medical facility.
The CGHS Wellness Central at Baghpat, Aligarh, Moradabad & Saharanpur shall cover all eligible Central Government Employees residing within 05 km radius of the Wellness Centre and eligible pensioners and ex-MPs, etc. living in and around Baghpat, Aligarh Moradabad & Saharanpur as per CGHS guidelines.
The CGHS Beneficiaries shall be able to avail the CGHS facilities through the Wellness Centre from 07.30 AM to 02.00 OM on all days, except Sundays and Gazetted holidays.
The CGHS Wellness Centre, Baghpat, Aligarh, Moradabad & Saharanpur shall be under the administrative control of Additional Director, CGHS, Swasthya Bhawan, S.K Road, Meerut-25002 (Tel.No. 0121-2601426).

- Are CGHS facilities free of cost?
- No, they are not. For serving Central Government employees residing in CGHS covered area, obtaining a CGHS card is compulsory.
The following deductions from the salary of the employees are made by the department, every month, depending upon their pay in the pay
matrix of 7th pay commission

- What are the criteria for the Entitlement of ward endorsed on CGHS Card in CGHS Empanelled Hospitals?
- Entitlement of wards in private hospitals empanelled under CGHS is as under

- How to transfer CGHS card from one Wellness Centre to others in the same city?
- If there is any change in residential address, CMO I/c may be approached with proof of residence for transferring the data on-line from one Wellness Centre to another in the same city. CMO I/c of the new Wellness Centre will accept on-line, the data of transferred card.
In respect of serving employees, the request is to be forwarded by his/her office / department.
- What are the guidelines for vaccines under CGHS?
- The vaccines covered under Universal Immunization Programme (UIP) are administered as per schedule. Rest of the vaccines admissible as per the advice of Govt. Specialist.
